Send an OTP

https://api.zendsms.com/api/v1/otp/send

Generates and sends a one-time password to the recipient. Returns an otp_id used to verify it.

Optional brand is the company/app name prefixed on the SMS body:
(Zend SMS) Your verification code is 482913. It will expire in 5 minutes.
